What a collector reads on day one, and what you show a prospect: the invitation, the first drop-off, their collection, pulls, the Sommelier, the Exchange, events, the bill, the price.

New members get it in the invite
The email that sets up a member's password links your member walkthrough, so the first thing they read is how the app works, in your name.
Your links live in the staff app
The dashboard and the Setup journey show both addresses with a copy button: yourclub.bestcellarclub.com/welcome for members, /team for staff.
Present it, or let them read it
Full screen with the arrow keys on a walk through the space, or sent as a link. Any step can be shared on its own; the address bar follows the step.
- Every screen is drawn from the product as it is today. Nothing is shown that the product does not do.
- The member walkthrough follows each club's offerings, rate card and calendar, so it is never out of date.
- Signed-in staff see presenter notes on the member steps and can open the live app on a sample member.
- Signed-in staff open each team step's page directly; everyone else signs in and lands on that page.
